Full-Time | Covington, KY & Factory 52 (Norwood, OH) | Immediate Hire ABOUT BRAXTON BREWING Braxton Brewing Company is a craft brewery rooted in Covington, Kentucky, with taproom locations across the Greater Cincinnati region including our flagship Covington taproom, Factory 52 in Norwood, Braxton Union, Barrel House, and Braxton CVG. We're passionate about great beer, memorable experiences, and building community one pint at a time. THE ROLE We're looking for a Chief of Staff to lead and elevate our taproom operations across all Braxton locations. This role is the connective tissue between our taproom teams, marketing, and leadership — someone who can set the strategic direction for our guest experience while staying close enough to the day-to-day to make real-time, data-driven decisions. You'll oversee General Managers and Assistant General Managers, partner with our marketing team on activations and creative programming, and own taproom-level budgets and P&L; performance. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead, mentor, and hold accountable the GM and AGM teams across all Braxton taproom locations Set and execute the strategic vision for taproom operations, guest experience, and revenue growth Collaborate with marketing on taproom activations, events, seasonal programming, and brand-aligned creative ideas Own taproom budgets — monitor spend, control costs, and drive profitability across locations Analyze sales data, guest feedback, and operational metrics to identify trends and make swift, informed adjustments Build and maintain staffing models, training standards, and operational SOPs that scale across locations Serve as the primary liaison between taproom operations and executive leadership Foster a positive, high-performance culture where team members feel supported and empowered Ensure consistency of brand standards, service quality, and guest experience across all locations Identify and act on opportunities for new revenue streams, partnerships, and community engagement WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, hotel, or a related industry Proven track record of leading teams, developing managers, and driving operational performance Strategic thinker who can zoom out on the big picture and zoom in on the details that matter Strong analytical skills — comfortable with P&L; statements, sales dashboards, and data-driven decision making Excellent communicator and collaborator who can work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and leadership Personable, approachable people leader who builds trust and gets the best out of their teams Ability to adapt quickly — you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot based on real-time feedback Curiosity and desire to learn, implement, and use artificial intelligence tools to improve decision-making Passion for craft beer and hospitality is a strong plus POSITION DETAILS Employment Type Full-time with benefits Primary Locations Braxton Covington, Braxton Factory 52, Braxton Union Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, approximately 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates should submit a resume and a brief note on why you're the right fit for Braxton to View email address on click.appcast.io .
