Customer Success Lead

Job Description IG is searching for a customer success lead for an energy client in Baltimore, Maryland. Serve as the primary point of contact for all daily, weekly, and monthly bidding/scheduling related activities in all markets in which the client participates. Work as a customer's trusted advisor providing support, guidance, and technical expertise on market participation within program guidelines. Perform analysis on bidding/scheduling to ensure portfolio maximization as well as after-the-fact performance and settlement estimations. Maintain compliance with all company and market policies and procedures. Collaborate with other teams to form process improvements that optimize customer experience. Build, develop, and maintain bidding/scheduling processes and procedures. Ability or work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Ability to prioritize efficiently while multi-tasking, dealing with interruptions and working in a high paced energetic environment. Excellent computer skills with heavy proficiency in spreadsheet, database applications, and computer programming (Python, VBA, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, VBA, etc.). Strong problem-solving, analytical, with the ability to think and work independently. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills.
