Step into an impactful role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist this coming school year. This is a full-time, contract position offering the opportunity to cover a maternity leave for the first semester, with the chance to make real connections within the school community. Interviews are being scheduled now, and additional caseload information will be provided during the process.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid WA state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Strong commitment to fostering student growth and encouraging communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into classroom routines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate progress with families
• Adapt services according to student needs and school initiatives
