Bilingual Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Bilingual Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while supporting daily administrative operations. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls using excellent customer service skills Provide bilingual communication support in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meeting logistics Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office correspondence Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems Assist with data entry, document preparation, and administrative projects Support office operations by ordering supplies and maintaining common areas Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus 1+ years of front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Professional, polished, and positive demeanor Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life insurance Short-term disability Additional voluntary benefits EAP program Commuter benefits A 401K plan Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
