Position Overview Marathon Construction and Development is seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Project Manager to oversee daily field operations and support the successful execution of construction projects. This full-time, on-site position based in West Warwick, RI is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules and logistics, ensuring quality control, and maintaining efficient communication between field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and project leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction & development environment, demonstrates strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and is committed to delivering projects safely, on time, and within scope. This position requires full time in West Warwick, RI. *Relocation is not offered at this time. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate day-to-day field operations across active construction projects. Self motivated and disciplined to complete tasks effeciently. Monitor project schedules and assist in maintaining timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and site logistics to ensure uninterrupted workflow. Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve field issues efficiently. Track project progress and communicate updates, risks, and delays to stakeholders. Support resource planning and workforce coordination to maximize productivity and efficiency. Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and field records. Ensure job sites remain organized, safe, and compliant with company and OSHA standards. Qualifications Experience in project management within the construction or development industry. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, field coordination, and project execution. Experience managing material procurement, expediting deliveries, and coordinating subcontractors. Knowledge of construction inspection processes, quality control standards, and job-site safety practices. Familiarity with logistics management and field operations planning. Ground-up mixed use properties experiance is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Prior field supervision or commercial construction experience is a plus.
