Description Average hourly rate is $25.33 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) The selected candidate must live in the state of Kansas. All you need is a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and experience working with children and families. We will teach you the rest! A Day in The Life as a Case Manager Work with children and families to help ensure children can safely thrive in their home environments. Teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families. Work as part of a team to access, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of people’s lives.
