Litigation Paralegal

Required Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of commercial litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department setting. Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, interrogatories, and other litigation documents. Strong legal research, drafting, and writing skills. Advanced organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple active matters, track deadlines, take ownership of work product, and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting depositions, including preparation, scheduling, exhibits, and summarization. Prior experience in commercial litigation, IP litigation, or related complex litigation matters. Benefits Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
