This is a floor-first role. The expectation is that you are present, visible, and leading from the production floor, not managing from an office. The culture here is hands-on and team-driven, and the incoming supervisor needs to match that energy from day one. What the Job Involves Lead and supervise a sanitation team on 3rd shift across a large food manufacturing facility Maintain compliance with all sanitation, food safety, and regulatory requirements Drive accountability and consistency across the shift through direct floor presence and active team engagement Coordinate sanitation schedules, chemical usage, and equipment cleaning protocols Partner with production and quality teams to ensure sanitation standards are met without disrupting output Train, coach, and develop team members on proper procedures and safety standards Document sanitation activity and maintain accurate compliance records What They Need 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required Food manufacturing sanitation experience is required Hands-on leadership style with genuine comfort working on the production floor Availability and willingness to work 3rd shift consistently Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team with clarity and accountability
