Partners with all U.S. business lines across the full data spectrum: infrastructure, governance, engineering, modeling, analysis, business intelligence, data science, and AI. The role We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Technical Lead to drive MDM solution architecture, design, and delivery across multiple domains, helping shape the enterprise data landscape. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in Informatica MDM and a track record operating enterprise-scale data solutions. Key responsibilities Technical leadership & architecture Lead design and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions across key enterprise domains (Customer, Party, Producer, etc.) Serve as the primary MDM architecture expert within the ecosystem Provide technical guidance to engineering teams on architecture standards, security, and data governance Collaborate with enterprise architects to evolve MDM patterns, platform capabilities, and integration frameworks Configure and optimize the MDM Hub including trust/survivorship rules, match/merge logic, cleansing rules, hierarchies, and workflows Build and maintain integrations between MDM and enterprise systems using IDQ, IICS, PowerCenter, APIs, event streams, and cloud-native services Partner with data governance and stewardship teams to operationalize business rules, Golden Record definitions, and stewardship processes Operations & continuous improvement Support production operations ensuring MDM platforms run efficiently and reliably Lead root‑cause analysis for incidents and drive proactive improvements in stability and data quality Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with product owners on MDM roadmap #J-18808-Ljbffr Lawrence Harvey
