Integrating physical and behavioral health needs with a broad scope of social determinants of health needs, we provide a truly holistic, patient‑centered plan of self‑management support. The AI based technology allows for easy and efficient administration and you will spend much less time documenting and more time directing the care of your patient. Specifics Competitive salary. Minimum Qualifications Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with experience in Primary Care, Family Practice and/or Geriatrics. Additional experience in Psychiatry a strong plus. Minimum of Master’s Degree in Nursing. APRN license in good standing in Massachusetts with additional licensure in Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida and Connecticut a plus. 10+ years of experience managing complex patients. Additional Experience Desired Willingness to obtain licensure in all states/regions where Senscio has operations. Experience/interest in telehealth service delivery.
