Technical Program Manager, Core ML PMO

Provide the required software development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering and business teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to technical infrastructure stakeholders.Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.Lead several technical programs for the AI2 organization, setting priorities for products and engineering, leading cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics are informing future efforts, and quickly fine tuning the program as needed.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management.Experience in technical program management, stakeholder management, and communication.Preferred qualifications:5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Ability to manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope.Ability to use technical judgment to build consensus, drive projects, schedule, plans, and execution, and communicate status to the stakeholders.Ability to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, define requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally and globally to improve processes and tools.Ability to take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all.
