Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a talented team to deliver exceptional customer service
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
Implement company policies and procedures effectively

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food & beverage environment preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays, and be on-call as needed
Passion for delivering a delicious and fun customer experience
