Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with emergency room experience for a contract opportunity at a leading healthcare facility. This position centers on delivering high-quality care in a dynamic, fast-paced ER environment alongside a collaborative team of medical professionals.


Key Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Demonstrated proficiency in emergency room nursing (ER experience required)
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking abilities
• Advanced knowledge of emergency protocols and clinical procedures
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications (additional ER certifications preferred)
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and care priorities

Responsibilities:

• Perform prompt and accurate triage and assessment of patients with diverse medical and trauma emergencies
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to clinical standards
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide compassionate patient and family education/support during high-stress situations
• Maintain comprehensive and precise clinical documentation using electronic health records
• Adhere to facility and regulatory safety, infection control, and quality guidelines at all times
• Participate in code responses and emergency preparedness drills as needed
