USAA is seeking a Manager, Claims Operations to lead a high-performing team supporting our military members and their families. In this role, you will oversee daily claims workflows, ensure accurate and timely processing, manage performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in quality and member experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners, coach and develop claims representatives, implement best practices, and use data to optimize efficiency. This position blends operational leadership, people management, and a strong commitment to USAA’s mission, values, and regulatory standards.
