Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial analysis to support Program Management and customers through managing multiple contracts and ensuring programs meet their financial, schedule, and contractual requirements. As the Financial Management Senior analyst, you will manage contracts through cost management efforts, including establishing and managing program cost baselines, supporting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analyses, establishing budgets and sales forecasts, monitoring performance through detailed variance analyses, executing ad-hoc financial analyses, and summarizing financial data.Your responsibilities will include:Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined:Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans.Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations.Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting.Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making.Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions.Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal budgets to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and funding analysis.Coordinating quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process for Corporate Contract Status Reporting (CSR) that encompasses forecasting Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash (OSP&C).Managing contracts (fixed-price, cost-plus, time-and-material, etc) through cost management efforts, including processing invoices, addressing financial issues, monitoring expenditures and supporting ad-hoc and internal reporting requirements.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Business Operations, and Finance, to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals.Analyzing performance through an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) that highlights cost and schedule performance, Variance at Complete (VAC) and Estimate at Complete (EAC) data.Why Join UsWe are seeking a collaborative, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can translate complex financial data into clear, actionable guidance.
