CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview

• Strong pay built for consistent work. Drivers average $90,000 per year with a 75CPM base rate plus a 15CPM performance bonus - up to 90CPM plus stop pay and load pay. Weekly averages around $1,703.*
• Home weekly, with time to reset. Run routes within 250 miles of Shelbyville, IN, with a 34-hour reset at home each week before heading back out.
• Shifts built around the freight. Expect average 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 11 AM to 2 AM.
• Freight that's close and consistent. This is a touch-freight position hauling refrigerated grocery loads with pallet jack and some hand unloading on established local lanes.
• Pay that grows with you. A 5CPM increase is available at one year of service.*
