The First Seat Pub & Grill | Bentonville, AR
Join our dynamic kitchen team at The First Seat Pub & Grill, a vibrant sports bar in downtown Bentonville. As a Line Cook, you'll be an essential part of our fast-paced restaurant environment, preparing delicious meals and ensuring high standards of food quality. Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Perform food prep tasks and demonstrate basic knife skills.
- Cooking Skills: Utilize fryers and flatop cooking methods effectively.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple orders and read tickets efficiently.
- Recipe Management: Read recipes accurately and portion products to specified weights.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of cooking equipment.
- Strong multitasking and communication abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
