Line Cooks - Full Time
The First Seat Pub & Grill | Bentonville, AR

Join our dynamic kitchen team at The First Seat Pub & Grill, a vibrant sports bar in downtown Bentonville. As a Line Cook, you'll be an essential part of our fast-paced restaurant environment, preparing delicious meals and ensuring high standards of food quality. Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation: Perform food prep tasks and demonstrate basic knife skills.
Cooking Skills: Utilize fryers and flatop cooking methods effectively.
Multitasking: Manage multiple orders and read tickets efficiently.
Recipe Management: Read recipes accurately and portion products to specified weights.

Requirements

Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
Basic culinary skills and knowledge of cooking equipment.
Strong multitasking and communication abilities.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.
