Pulmonologist/Critical Care
Non-profit regional health system in Central PA with multi-hospital with more than 1200 providers within 100 clinic locations. Level 11 Trauma. Community health serving NW/Central Pennsylvania for more than 100 years.
Join an expanding Pulmonology practice with 12 pulmonologist providers within practice group. Advanced bronchoscopy suite available. Galaxy System, Monarch Robotic Electromagnetic Navigation, CelTivity Imaging Based Rapid On-site Tissue Evaluation, Endobronchial Ultrasound, Argon Plasma Coagulation, Cryotherapy, Airway Stenting, Rigid Bronchoscopy, Trufreeze Cryospray system, Bronchial Thermoplasty. Robotic navigational bronchoscopy, bronchial thermoplasty, thoracic ultrasound, cryotherapy, airway stenting, diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, Pleurx catheter placement, pleurodesis. Collaborate with thoracic surgery, radiation and medical oncology. Call requirement: 1:4. EMRs: Cerner and Centricity.
Requirements:
- BE/BC Pulmonology
- Pulmonary/Critical Care
- Sleep Certificate preferred, not required
- PA medical state license, or eligible
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary to $535k (RVU tier plan after year two)
- $25K sign-on bonus
- $75K educational assistance, provided over a five-year term
- 10k relocation
- CME $3.5k + 40 hours annually
- Generous PTO (35 days annually)
