The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and proficient in internet sales strategies to help enhance our dealership’s growth and reputation. Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to all internet leads and inquiries from potential customers.
- Maintain and update the dealership’s online vehicle inventory across various platforms.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective online sales strategies.
- Track and report on key internet sales metrics and customer engagement.
- Follow up with customers to ensure excellent service and foster long-term relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage contacts and streamline communication efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with online automotive market trends and competitors’ activities.
- Prior experience in automotive internet sales or a related sales field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and internet sales platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a customer service mindset.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
