Office Services Specialist

Location: Monroe, NC (onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Temp to perm
Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
Opening for a Print Production Associate supporting a high-volume print shop on a manufacturing floor. This role involves operating Ricoh production printers and document imaging equipment to produce manuals, pamphlets, booklets, and other materials related to factory appliances. Duties also include scanning documents and delivering completed print jobs throughout the facility. Training will be provided for candidates with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn print production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume Ricoh printers, copiers, and document imaging systems
• Print, scan, bind, finish, and organize manuals, booklets, pamphlets, and related production materials
• Use document handling software, MS Office, email systems, and document management systems
• Open, save, transfer, and retrieve files according to established procedures
• Monitor print quality, perform daily equipment checks, clear paper jams, and report maintenance issues
• Maintain supply inventories, production records, meter logs, and service logs
• Deliver completed print jobs throughout the manufacturing facility
• Respond to customer requests and provide status updates on print jobs
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked print production areas
• Perform filing, archiving, and general print shop support duties as needed
• Assist with shipping and receiving materials when required
• Operate finishing and bindery equipment including paper cutters, hole drills, joggers, stackers, staplers, scales, and shrink-wrap machines
• Support occasional overtime, weekend, or off-hour work if needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 2 years of related experience preferred; print production or copy center experience is a plus
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic PC proficiency, including MS Office and email systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced production environment
• Comfortable operating office machines and technical equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work on a manufacturing floor and walk throughout the facility as needed
• Valid driver s license may be required depending on assignment
