Quick Facts Location: Cookeville, TN (317 North Hickory Avenue) Start Date: 08/31/2026 End Date: 11/30/2026 Shift: Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certs: Active TN Medical License, TN DEA Experience: Women's health, prenatal care, contraceptive management Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $66.83 Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Long-term housing, car rental, and one round-trip airfare (lodging capped at $200/night) What You’ll Do Provide antepartum care for women across all trimesters, collaborating with MDs and team members Conduct well-woman exams and preventive gynecological care Offer contraceptive counseling and management Coordinate care alongside OBGYNs, CNMs, and social workers Document patient encounters using EMR Athena and utilize AI support tools as provided Manage 21-23 patients per shift in a dynamic clinical setting Flexibility to cover Crossville, TN, as needed with prior approval What You Need Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Active TN Medical License and DEA registration Experience with high-risk OB, well-woman, and prenatal care Knowledge of contraceptive management and collaboration with OBGYNs Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team About the Assignment This assignment is with a leading healthcare facility in Cookeville, Tennessee, dedicated to providing quality women’s health services.
