Pay & Benefits

• Local Pay Rate: $56.00/hour
• Travel Pay Rate: $29/hour + $1,200 weekly per diem
• Weekly Gross Total: $2,360 (for 40 hours)

What You’ll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical units
• Operate the Tablo Hemodialysis System safely and effectively throughout each treatment
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis
• Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, and vascular access sites, responding quickly to changes
• Manage all types of dialysis vascular access, including AV fistulas, grafts, and catheters
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and nursing staff
• Maintain high safety standards and infection control protocols
• Document treatments and patient responses accurately
• Function independently to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment

What You Need

Required:

• Valid and unrestricted Arizona RN license or Compact license
• Minimum 2 years current acute dialysis experience in a hospital setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types and the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to independently manage dialysis treatments and adapt to patient needs

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to quickly adapt to new clinical environments

About the Assignment

Support acute dialysis care for hospitalized patients across ICU and medical-surgical units at a leading hospital in Sierra Vista. The RN will independently administer dialysis treatments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure patient safety and comfort. Proficiency with the Tablo Hemodialysis System and vascular access management is essential to delivering high-quality care in a dynamic hospital setting.
