Radiology Technologist – Radiology

Schedule: Weekend coverage required. Must be willing to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
• Valid California license required.
• Required certifications: ARRT (R), BLS, California CRT.
• Preferred: Charting system experience, specifically with Epic.
• Experience with patient age groups: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics.
• Key clinical skills:
• General radiography (abdomen, chest, spine, pelvis, extremities).
• Trauma imaging and ED procedures.
• Portable/bedside imaging and ICU imaging.
• OR and C-Arm procedures; O-ARM experience preferred.
• Fluoroscopic/contrast studies including upper GI, barium enemas, ERCP, myelography, and arthrography.

Compliance / Notes:

• Submission requirements include SSN, DOB, and RTO.
• References required prior to start; 2 references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years are needed.
• Candidates may be expected to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities.
• Local acceptance at a lower block rate may apply; refusal to float may result in termination/forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
• Orientation consists of 8 hours.
• Communication devices may be provided by the client or agency reimbursement may apply.
