Franchise Business Developers can receive promotions within 12 months to senior‑level roles and earn director level promotions within 18 months, so that they will then lead/manage a team of 4 business developers. Responsibilities Prospect and research new concepts and franchisees Cold calling to book initial demos with franchisees of concepts with existing relationships and new concepts we are developing relationships with Conduct & present demos with franchisees to discuss their digital marketing strategies Manage their sales pipeline in Salesforce Timeline for Growth 3 months of training, broken down into: 1 month of hands‑on boot‑camp style training & 2 months to prove competencies & memorize presentation scripts 6 months as a successful Franchise Business Developer 3-4 months as a Senior Business Developer Promotion to Director within 1 year to 1 ½ year Requirements Self motivated and driven Proven sales experience Outbound cold calling experience Track record of over‑achieving quota Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Have 2+ years of face to face & cold calling experience Preferable high ticket sales experience with small business Why Drive Social Media Over the past 10 years, we’ve been keeping up with the massive shifts in consumer attention to online platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, and Google and we pride ourselves on comprehending and delivering the industry’s best practices and solutions to our partners.
