Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician Opportunity Location: La Crosse, WI | Full-Time, permanent position Position Highlights Join an established, collegial Pulmonary & Critical Care department within a physician-led organization Busy practice with a focus on high-quality patient care and satisfaction Opportunity to provide both outpatient and inpatient care, including management of critically ill patients in a 12-bed ICU Flexible time allocation across Pulmonary, Sleep, and Critical Care medicine based on candidate interest and skill set Educational opportunities with rotating Family Medicine residentsResponsibilities Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine** Outpatient clinic visits and management of a wide variety of pulmonary and sleep-related disorders (Monday–Friday, day schedule) Hospital consultations and performance of pulmonary procedures, including diagnostic bronchoscopy and basic pleural procedures Management of sleep-related breathing disorders and interpretation of overnight oximetry; additional sleep medicine responsibilities (polysomnogram interpretation, parasomnias, insomnia, restless legs) if trained*Critical Care** Primary management of critically ill medical and surgical patients in a busy 12-bed ICU Participate in teaching and mentoring rotating Family Medicine residentsQualifications Board eligible or board certified in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine Strong preference for candidates with Sleep Medicine training Eligible for medical licensure in WisconsinHighlights & Benefits Common EMR/PACS across all locations Practice poised for growth, including expansion of procedural, subspecialty, and clinic programs Opportunities for internal and external networking with providers and the community Collaborative and integrated practice environment* Comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary guarantee
