MRI Technologist PRN

Job Description Sign On Bonus: Up to $5,000; Relocation Bonus: Up to $1,500. Schedule / Shift Shift: Day (United States). Schedule: PRN / As Needed. Location 1800 N Hancock Rd, Minneola, FL 34715. Responsibilities Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use, and that all equipment undergoes routine cleaning and safety checks. Notifies appropriate personnel when inventory is low. Educates patients and family members about MRI procedures, contrast use, and safety precautions, promoting comfort and cooperation throughout the exam. Positions patients accurately and comfortably using appropriate immobilization and coil placement techniques to ensure high-quality imaging. Prepares and administers IV contrast material following safety guidelines and monitors patients for adverse reactions. Education Associate (Preferred) High School Graduate or Equivalent (Required) Work Experience 1+ years experience in radiology and completion of MRI training program (Preferred) Licenses and Certifications Basic Life Support - CPR Certification (BLS) (Required) Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (R.T.(MR)ARRT) (Required) OR Registered MRI Technologist (ARMRIT) (Required) If credentialed by ARRT, Florida CRT (Required) Physical Requirements Physical requirements are available for review.
