Job Title: Maintenance Assistant Company: Aspire Senior Living Platte City - Platte City, MO Shift Type: Full-Time Days Aspire Senior Living Platte City is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team! As a Maintenance Assistant , you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our Long-Term Care community, providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify and address any maintenance issues Assist with moving and arranging furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete projects and tasks in a timely manner Maintenance Assistant Requirements: At least 1 year of experience or equivalent education and training Preferred experience in a long-term care/assisted living/memory care setting Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (must be able to travel to and from work) Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding career in healthcare, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Aspire Senior Living Platte City #J-18808-Ljbffr Aspireseniorliving
