Senior Construction Defect Claims Specialist

Adjudicating complex construction defect claims, the full‑time Senior Construction Defect Technical Claims Specialist will work remotely or from various office locations, conducting detailed investigations, analyzing claims, and reporting on trends to ensure optimal financial outcomes for clients. Key responsibilities: Conduct detailed investigations and analyses of construction defect claims, determining policy coverage and managing claims in litigation Report on claims trends to senior management and underwriters while setting appropriate claim reserves Negotiate complex settlement packages and prepare documentation for case resolution Required qualifications: Minimum of seven years' experience adjudicating construction defect claims with exposure of $100,000 or more Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in commercial general liability claims Licenses in multiple jurisdictions, including a General Adjusting License in Florida, Texas, or Wyoming Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the insurance industry's financial aspects Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build productive relationships with clients and stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr Argo Group International Holdings, Inc.
