Role Description We are seeking a Remote Travel Advisor for a part‑time role to help clients plan and book their ideal trips. The Travel Advisor will manage travel arrangements, provide personalized recommendations, ensure exceptional customer service, and respond promptly to client inquiries. This role also involves collaborating with travel vendors, staying informed about travel trends, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process. As this is a remote position, successful candidates will need strong self‑management and organizational skills to work efficiently from their home office. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and travel vendors. Experience in travel arrangements and travel agency operations, including booking flights, accommodations, and excursions. Familiarity with travel trends and destination knowledge is a plus. Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple client needs efficiently. Proficiency with travel booking platforms and relevant technology is an advantage. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while delivering excellent service.
