Working with a skilled project team and subcontractors, you will strategize, manage, and monitor the schedule and quality control progress to meet defined objectives within budgetary and time constraints. Your primary aim will be driving projects to success by maintaining high standards of on-time delivery, safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Must have multi-family experience. Must have over 5 years of experience and have completed at least 2 garden-style projects from start to finish.Are you a goal-oriented, hands-on individual who enjoys a team setting? Are you able to review and comprehend schematic drawings, with the ability to articulate a weekly and monthly plan of attack?
