Welcome new team members and provide essential training. Lead inspiring huddles that motivate and inform the team. Ensure team members receive ongoing training and coaching. Build shift supervisor capability and prepare them for the next level. Consistently thank the team and celebrate success. Actively coach brand service behaviors, observe, provide feedback, and celebrate. Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations. Maintain a welcoming and clean restaurant environment. Ensure product quality and operational standards are consistently delivered. Partner with the General Manager to create action plans for improving guest metrics. Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards. Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs. Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders. Evaluate and implement cost controls. Monitor people charts and production planning, making necessary adjustments. Create and monitor schedules and manage new team member onboarding. Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments. Education & Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience. Excellent guest service skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Effective communication with guests and team members. Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards. Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions. Availability for all shifts, including open, close, weekends, and holidays.
