Approach customers in a retail setting with a smile and a genuine willingness to help, sharing information about our HVAC solutions. Quickly assess customer needs, explain the benefits of upgrading or maintaining HVAC systems, and create excitement around our services. Gather accurate customer information, ensuring smooth handoffs to our sales team for consultations. Stay up-to-date on our HVAC offerings, promotions, and industry trends to confidently answer customer questions. Identify prime opportunities in foot traffic patterns and adapt strategies to maximize engagement. Serve as a positive ambassador for Peak Home Services, embodying our commitment to quality, service, and customer care.
You're approachable, friendly, and enjoy striking up conversations with new people. Goal-oriented with a passion for hitting lead generation targets and earning rewards for your success. Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with retail hours. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey. Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a bonus—but your enthusiasm and energy are what matter most!
