Workday Compensation Consultant

Working remotely or in Chicago, the full-time Workday Compensation Post Production Consultant will manage client relationships to deliver high-quality Workday Compensation solutions, addressing issues and enhancing business needs across various industries. Key responsibilities Deliver Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions directly to clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives Resolve Workday Compensation issues as they arise, providing ongoing support and expertise Participate in internal training and initiatives to enhance team performance and share knowledge within the organization Required qualifications Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation Certification Minimum of 1 year of post-production support experience with Workday Compensation Knowledge of merit, bonus, and stock plan configuration, as well as compensation review processes Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with compensation transactional data Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple client requests effectively
