Requirements 3+ years of Sales Experience is required Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills Prior proven retail sales experience Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance Responsibilities Present vehicle options based on prospective customer needs and goals. Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory. Prospect new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases. Maintain on-going relationship with customers regarding vehicle purchase, new products and services, and potential referrals.
