Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a shift in Massachusetts. The role involves working in a 16-bed observation unit with additional medical/surgical patient overflow. The position requires the ability to perform clinical tasks within a hospital setting, with a focus on telemetry care.

Job Details

• Location: Plymouth, Massachusetts
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current Massachusetts RN License; prior RN experience required; telemetry experience; American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification; Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience; must have Epic experience; start date at least 4 weeks from the date of application; biweekly orientation scheduled for 08/10 and 08/24; must provide available interview dates and times at submission; all Requests for Time Off (RTO) must be presented at time of submission; separation of 6+ months from the organization for consideration.
• Preferred Qualifications: Med Surg experience preferred
• Additional Information: BILH coversheet required at the time of submission. Pass/Fail ECG, Telemetry, and Medications tests must be completed within 48 hours of offer with a minimum passing score of 85%. Testing is administered via Zoom prior to assignment with no opportunity for re-sit or remediation.
