Your leadership will directly impact residents’ comfort and dignity while supporting staff development and operational efficiency. **Sign-on Bonus + Quarterly Bonus Eligibility** Duties Provide clinical supervision and management of hospice care services, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations, including Medicare guidelines. Develop, review, and update individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, incorporating medical, psychological, and emotional support strategies. Oversee documentation review, medical records management, and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records. Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care delivery, monitor resident progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Supervise nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and ongoing training in nursing administration and shift management. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws such as HIPAA and maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and resident care standards. Manage day-to-day operations of hospice services within assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health settings while fostering a culture of compassionate care. Requirements Valid RN license with current state licensure required; experience in nursing home or assisted living environments preferred. Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in nursing management or nurse management roles.
