Material Handler (USA)Schedule: Part Time - Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.Location: Groveton, NHReport to: Production ForemanA material handler maintains production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies, and staging finished product.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintains inventory by identifying, labeling, placing materials and supplies in stock and recording the location of inventoryLocates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production ordersMaintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and suppliesDocuments materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and the location of unitsReceive credit-return material and supplies from production by verifying materials and supplies code, lot number, and quantity, and placing materials in stockPrepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing productDocuments product shipment by recording units shippedMaintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and making operator repairsAdhere to company safety policies, procedures and Good Manufacturing PracticesParticipate and successfully complete all required safety trainingPerform other duties and responsibilities as required by the Production ForemanWilling to cross train as neededJob RequirementsAbility to perform quality work in compliance with the required standards as demonstrated in previous employment/experiencePrior experience working in Manufacturing is highly desirableOverhead crane, front-end loader, and forklift experience preferredPhysically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbsMust be able to communicate well with others and have good organizational skills.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)On-the-job Training and Development OpportunitiesEmployee Referral ProgramCompany Events and team-building initiatives
