LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Registered Nurses (RN) / Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) – Lake Jackson, TX Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for RN and LVN to provide direct, one–on–one medical care for patients and families in a home setting. This position offers full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights, weekends) tailored to your schedule. Pay Range: $28 – $36 Job Duties Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as directed by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordination of care.
