What You'll Do

As a Fitness Coach, you'll help members build confidence, develop healthy habits, and achieve life-changing results.

You'll be responsible for:

• Coaching members through Small Group and Team Training sessions

• Conducting fitness consultations and goal-setting appointments

• Creating individualized workout programs

• Tracking client progress and celebrating victories

• Providing accountability and motivation between workouts

• Building lasting relationships with members

• Educating members on exercise, recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits

• Delivering an exceptional member experience every day

• Contributing to a positive, energetic club culture

Qualifications

Preferred:

• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM preferred, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent)

• CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain before employment)

• Experience in coaching, fitness, athletics, customer service, sales, teaching, healthcare, or leadership

Compensation

Hourly Pay

• $15–$25 per hour based on experience and performance

Additional Earnings

• Coaching commissions
