Lot Attendant - Driver - Ronkonkoma

Overview The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Lot Attendant located at 3125 Veterans Memorial Highway Suite 2, Lake Ronkonkoma, NY 11779. The Lot Attendant works closely with Daily Rental, Remarketing, and Vehicle Acquisition to assist in managing the flow of the inventory lot to coordinate the movement of vehicles. This person will assist with the check‑in, organization, tracking and management of the incoming and outgoing automotive inventory. This pay for this position starts at $18.75 / hour based on a 40-hour workweek. Employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance. Benefits Package Paid time off Consistent full time 40 hour per week schedule Employee discount Retirement savings plan including 401k with matching profit sharing Health Insurance Life Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Training and development Schedule Monday 7:30am-4:30pm Tuesday 7:30am-4:30pm Wednesday 7:30am-4:30pm Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm Friday 7:30am-4:30pm Responsibilities Inspect takes for damage in accordance with company guidelines using the Damage Evaluator tool Ensure all vehicles are accurately tracked Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management Maintain vehicle inventory; work outside in various elements for extended periods of time Organize lot in a safe and efficient manner Maintain and organize key of security measures Act as point of contact for the driver team on a daily basis Move vehicles to dealerships, cars to repair shops or out‑town trips Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned, including accurately gather and input data into the company’s internal computer system Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions Limited to light physical effort is required including the handling of average‑weight objects (up to 10 pounds) Requires a great deal of standing for long periods of time, walking, and bending Requires ability to work outside in all weather conditions Requires some flexibility in working hours Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position.
