About the Role:
Rajal J Patel DDS PA is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our front office operations in Orange, NJ. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from check-in to checkout
Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and dental practice management software
Handle dental billing, insurance verification, claims submission, and accounts receivable
Supervise, train, and support front desk and administrative staff
Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, financial arrangements, and follow-up care
Monitor office budgets, payroll, and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental office policies and procedures
Requirements:
2+ years of dental office management or senior dental front office experience required
Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing, coding (CDT), and claims processing
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
Experience with patient scheduling, treatment plan coordination, and collections
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and dental office regulations
