Quality Assurance - Floor Support Specialist

Role Quality Assurance Floor Support Specialist (Night Shift) in GMP manufacturing, focused on parenteral drug production. Responsibilities oversee GMP operations in equipment preparation, formulation, filling, and visual inspection; ensure compliance with safety, documentation, and quality systems; support audits and inspections; perform daily quality checks and sample handling; troubleshoot system issues (SAP, Darwin, TrackWise). Requirements High School diploma; legal authorization to work in the US; ability to work 12-hour night shifts and overtime; completion of relevant assessments. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field; knowledge of pharmaceutical processes, GMP, and validation; experience with inventory and deviations systems; prior GMP manufacturing or facility startup experience; strong decision-making, communication, and attention to detail. High-Value GMP manufacturing, parenteral dosage forms, night shift, cross-functional collaboration, system troubleshooting, safety compliance, US employment authorization.
