Assistant Store Manager - Spirit
$16.75 - $17.25 per hourSpirit Halloween
Hourly Pay Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications. Position Summary The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, set-up, merchandising, pack-up and tear‑down of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in staffing, set-up, merchandising, pack-up and tear‑down of a seasonal store. Establish and maintain Guest Services. Develop staff. Control expenses, shrinkage. Oversee merchandising and inventory control. Requirements Minimum age: 18 years. Flexible schedule required. Physical demands include 8+ hours standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
