What You’ll Do: Oversee day‑to‑day dining operations across residential, retail, and/or catering services. Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and service that aligns with Sodexo and campus standards. Lead, train, and develop frontline teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality service. Support menu execution, production planning, and operational flow. Monitor labor, food cost, safety, and compliance metrics to achieve operational targets. Partner with campus clients to strengthen relationships, enhance satisfaction, and support campus events. Drive student engagement initiatives, including feedback programs and dining experience improvements. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of hourly staff.
