Address 1001 Cheri Way Suite 200 Fairdale, KY 40118 Shift Second Shift (United States of America) Job Description Summary Under the direct supervision of the Service Center Manager this position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehousing activities by implementing quality, productivity, production, and customer service standards. The position is responsible for achieving the appropriate level of volume within relevant time limits. The goal is to ensure that daily operations are not just met but exceeded. The position also plans, participates, and supervises the operations of the Service Center. This role also evaluates team members performance by tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics. Job Description Assists the Service Center Manager in day-to-day operations. Directs all duties being performed by employees, maintains a high degree of visibility and access to employees. Identifies appropriate process improvements and better ways to do the job. Enforces safety standards. Sets standards for productivity and quality. Maintains overall warehouse cleanliness. Performs labeling, sorting, wrapping, picking, receiving, packing, and repacking as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Shift Requirements Shift Length (in hours): 8-10hrs # Shifts/Week: 5-6 Overtime Required: Sometimes Other Functions Maintains compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct. Complies with HIPAA privacy and security requirements to maintain confidentiality at all times. Performs other duties as assigned. Additional Job Description Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Experience: Warehousing or supply chain background preferred. Other: Forklift operator preferred; Driving Company vehicles including box truck and delivery van preferred.
