• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized screening tools to guide treatment decisions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, aligning therapeutic interventions with clients’ specific goals and needs.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions through our virtual platform, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case management discussions to ensure integrated care delivery.

• Engage with clients' families, offering guidance and education to promote a supportive network for client recovery.

• Maintain diligent and confidential records that adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health conditions. As a therapist, you will play an integral role in helping these individuals unlock their potential and improve their overall mental well-being.

• Valid licensure as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, showcased through practical experience and/or training.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to the mental health disorders encountered in our client population.

• Strong therapeutic abilities, with an emphasis on building rapport and motivating clients throughout their recovery process.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, essential for working effectively within a treatment team environment.
