Job Overview ASSEMBLERS NEEDED in our wood manufacturing shop. JL Schwieters Construction/Building Supply Inc. is looking to hire reliable, hardworking, safe-minded Assemblers for its Manufacturing Facilities. The Production Assemblers are an invaluable part of the team ensuring production quotas are met while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities Work in an open, bright, airy, and clean production environment. Build walls, floors, trusses, stairs, etc., while on your feet in a manufacturing setting. Use basic hand‑powered tools, table saws, tape measure, nail guns, and other shop tools. Reading a tape measure is required. Qualifications Ability to follow instructions from blueprints and drawings Ability to use a nail gun Read a tape measure Highly motivated Thrives in production environments Great attendance Shift Information General Hours: 2nd Shift 3:00PM-3:00AM Monday-Thursday; 2nd Shift 4:30PM-4:30AM Monday-Thursday. Compensation & Benefits Wages start at $18.00 per hour plus shift differential.
