Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire - 03:00PM-11:00PM & 07:00AM-03:00PM on Sundays & Mondays
Compensation: Pay Range: $38.00-$40.00 Per HR

Summary
This position requires a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care in a modern assisted living facility in Rockland County, NY. The role is contract-to-hire, with shifts on Sundays and Mondays. Candidates should be prepared to use electronic medical records systems and work independently while coordinating with on-site medical staff.
Requirements
Active New York State LPN license BLS certification Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently Willing to work at least one weekend day per week Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred
Qualifications
Licensed as a Practical Nurse in New York State Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) Experience in a similar healthcare setting
