Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours (0645-1715) Experience: 2+ years of RN OR experience required; Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Uro, OB experience preferred License: Michigan license verification required Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties Description: The client has incorporated a strict attendance policy to advocate for their patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift three times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed favorably. This policy will begin on 6/1/2024. Surgical services represent a full spectrum of procedures and tests across various specialties. General elective surgeries as well as critical or life-saving procedures are what we excel at. We were the first to provide many surgical techniques and tools and continue to enhance care and outcomes for all surgical patients. Shift notes: The shift needs to be filled from now until a specified date. If the contract extends past this date, the colleague will transition to: 10-hour shifts, 6:45am-5:15pm (non-consecutive working days with a random day off). One weeknight of call every week, 7pm-11pm. One weekend on call per month, rotating between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7pm-7am, and Saturday and Sunday, 7am-7pm. On call requirement includes one weeknight per week and one weekend per month with rotating shifts.
