Operations ManagerThe Operations Manager reports to the Division manager and is in charge of assisting the division/ area with the intent for growth. Each division runs a business unit and responsible for managing their own profit and loss on a monthly basis with the assistance of financial leaders. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industrial services industry, be familiar with leak sealing and is a successful team leader.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Support the Division Manager as they manage all field services staff (up to 10) at the divisional levelAssist with performance management for field level technical staffReview and approve scopes of work to ensure safety and quality standards are establishedEnsure service dates and customer commitments are metAssist with the divisional P&L ensuring cost and profitability levels are achievedCoordinate field services labor schedulingEstablish and maintain customer relations with various levels within the customer organizationSupport Division Manager in preparation of various reports to provide to regional management including safety, financial, technical, etcMaintain sufficient levels of stock inventory to support business needsBuild and maintain a cohesive and safe working environmentRepresent Colt with honesty in day-to-day dutiesMaintain Colt's values in both action and appearanceSkills/Knowledge/Abilities:5+ years of experience in industrial service, preferably in leak sealing2+ years of experience managing a team of more than 2High School diploma or equivalentAbility to effectively communicate at all levels of the organizationHigh driven, self-motivated and well organizedMust be able to safely operate a vehicle and make face-to-face customer meetingsMust possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean recordAbility to adapt to ever changing schedules and priorities (24 hour emergency service)Ability to pass a drug & alcohol test and background check in compliance with our safety programAll management roles are responsible for setting a good example for their staff
